Ken Caryl Ranch is a suburban village in Jefferson County, in the south western part of the Denver Metro. Ken Caryl is a census-designated place (CDP) in Jefferson County, Colorado. Most of Ken Caryl Ranch is located in a beautiful valley just west of the ‘hog back’ at the edge of the foothills, the remainder spills out from the valleys entrance towards Denver. Ken Caryl homes are surrounded by incredible open space with over 6,000 acres in total. Most of this has been left in it’s incredible natural state with trials added for the community residents to hike, run, and explore in. There are also four pools. One with a giant slide,and many tennis courts.
Ken Caryl has some of the same rock formations found at Red Rocks State Park to the north. These rocks date back 600 million years and were lifted into their odd angle 70 million years ago. |
